Company History Information: According to the Flowserve.com website, Duriron became Durco International in 1997 and was merged with BWIP to form Flowserve.

Asbestos Information:

The section on Pipe and Fittings mentions compressed asbestos gaskets that they furnished and a specially treated pure asbestos packing procurable from the Duriron Company.  Please see the image above for the exact wording.
