This book covers many of Ehret's asbestos containing insulating products.  Many of their products were made out of 85% magnesia, which this book describes as containing 10-15% asbestos fibre.   Products include 85% magnesia pipe covering, blocks, lagging, and cement.  The use of 85% magnesia is described in detail.  Other asbestos-containing products are Ehret's Enduro (contains diatomaceous earth & asbestos) which is used for Pipe-Coverings, Blocks and Plastic Cement; Fyrbestos Sheets which contain asbestos paper; Fibrekote for insulating boilers, cookers, tanks, digestors, pipe lines and more....

This book also has a section on Durant Insulated Pipe, for use in underground and exposed locations. It is insulated with 85% magnesia.  There are numerous pictures of it and a list of who the Durant Insulated Pipe is used by.  On that list is the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Buard, Ford Motor Company, Monsanto Chemical Corp, Stanford University, Chrysler Motors Corporation, E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Company, Allegheny County Steam Heating Co, City of Cleveland, Detroit Edison, F.H.A. Housing Projects, and more..

There is also a large section of this book showing materials and methods of application for boilers, power equipment, heating, piping, air conditioning, and refrigeration.

There are a lot of pictures in this book of their products and of installations.  A few interesting ones are:

Condition: Good. Light crease to front cover.  Minor wear to covers and spine. Faint pencil mark to first page. Otherwise, pages appear mostly clean and unmarked. Binding is good.
