This is a 4 page advertisement for Westinghouse Micarta.  It has a table that lists Micarta grade numbers 239 and 200 as having Asbestos as the base material.   Applications for these grades include transformer coil spacers, armature slot wedges, furnaces, rail insulation, armature wedges in railway and mill motors, insulation.
